Vata Nourishing Herbal Tea

Prepared with a combination of traditional Ayurvedic herbs and spices to nourish, warm and calm the dry, cold, nervous Vata dosha.

Preparation:
Steep 1/2-1tsp in a cup of boiling water, strain or drink the benefitsof the loose herbs and enjoy. Makes 15-20 cups
