Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, most retail items sold by Samya Spa are final sale once purchased.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, scent, texture, opened packaging, used products, or products that are no longer wanted after purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@samyaspa.com
with:
- your order number or proof of purchase
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- photos of the packaging, if shipping damage occurred
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Return Authorization Required
Items must not be sent back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- opened or used products
- personal care products
- beauty products
- oils, creams, lotions, herbal products, skincare, bath/body products, and similar wellness items
- perishable items
- custom orders or special orders
- sale items
- gift cards
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you after the item or issue has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
