Kapha Energizing Herbal Tea

Prepared with a combination of traditional Ayurvedic herbs and spices to energize, warm and clear the congested, cold and slow Kapha dosha.

Preparation: Steep 1/2-Itsp in a cup of boiling water, strain or drink the benefits of the loose herbs and enjoy. Makes 15-20 cups
