Hey mama, we know that pregnancy can bring all sorts of new tummy challenges…nausea, bloating and indigestion, oh my! Sip and settle with super herbs peppermint, chamomile and ginger. Green rooibos and a hint of lemon makes for a delicious all-day sip. 

Caffeine Free. 

How to Enjoy:

• Steep 1-3 cups a day, by steeping tea in 1 cup of 98° water for 4-6 minutes.
• Ice it: Steep tea double strength for at least 5 minutes. Top with a heaping cup of ice. Sweeten to taste and add a squeeze of lemon, if desired. 
• Cold-brew: Brew it overnight with cold water
